I've 'upgraded' to pepper flash in chromium
this issue still happens (occasionally) and so far clicking on another
video then hitting back button fixes it every time.
still, it's bloody annoying

My 3rd note about playlists doesn't happen any more. They work fine. It was
likely unrelated.
Notes 1 and 2 continue to occur.

Please paste what you get with about:flash
Also, please run chromium0-browser from a terminal, and paste the
output when you have visited a failing youtube page, and do the same
with chromium-browser --temp-profile .
