Public bug reported:

libboost1.54-all-dev provides the compiled subcomponent libboost-
coroutine1.54-dev [1]. However, libboost-all-dev pulls in version 1.53
but is missing the coroutine subcomponent [2] [3]. A user who just
installs libboost-all-dev may end up with an incomplete library. Here's
an example of a CMake project configuration failure:

$ cmake . -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release
statusCompiling on UNIX
CMake Error at /usr/share/cmake-2.8/Modules/FindBoost.cmake:1126 (message):
  Unable to find the requested Boost libraries.

  Boost version: 1.53.0

  Boost include path: /usr/include

  The following Boost libraries could not be found:

          boost_coroutine

The workaround to use 1.54 seems to make this low priority, but it would
be nice to have.
