It did install nvidia-settings. However, when trying to switch between graphic cards with the Prime settings from the nvidia-settings interface, it printed a Traceback relative to some gtk dependency missing. Installing the python-gtk2 package solved the problem. Maybe python-gtk2 should be a dependency of nvidia-xsettings? Cheers, Raphaël.
