Bug description:
  In evince if I want to view some PDF in presentation mode using F5 and
  then exit by pressing F5 again - window border goes away and no unity
  bar is present on left side. Attached is a screenshot.

Hi,

This is a duplicate of bug #1240595.  A fix has been identified and is
waiting for an SRU for 13.10.  At this time, I have no time table for
if/when a Unity SRU will be released for 13.10.
