Is this related to
This bug has been around for several years. I've also tried LO 5 in
Ubuntu 14.04 and it is still there. I reported this to the LibreOffice
developers, but they basically shrugged it off as being an Ubuntu
problem, when it clearly appears to be a LO problem.
The only workaround, as other have
I have this issue too. I have non-standard (or at least undefined in
LO's list) postcards that we are unable to print in LibreOffice without
tricking the printer to think that it is a similar size. This can lead
to alignment issues and other timing issues, depending on the printer.

+1. This bug is present in 4.2.7.2 and prevents me printing headed
notepaper on a non-standard paper size. Exactly as EliCoten says;
'Format Page' is used to change the document page size, but in the Print
Settings dialogue, there is no 'Custom Paper Size' option. The nearest
standard size
Confirmed.
PDF printer driver shows the correct dimensions in the preview, but selecting a
real printer enforces some preset size. For me, using 140x100 changed into
Japanese postcard 148x100.

Public bug reported:
Problem description:
I was trying to print a small compliments slip on a card that was 140mm x 100mm.
I set the page size under Format - Page - Size to user defined, and
then entered the width of 14.00cm and height of 10.00cm correctly.
However, when I came to try to print
