I can confirm that this happens to me with libreoffice-gtk and libreoffice-gtk3 too. In a fact I can't write it in any other program either. But when I uninstall above packages, I can write it correctly at least in LibreOffice. Wierd thing is, that it works correctly on my Dell Vostro 3500 in
