This all looks fine and is landing now, with only a couple of extra
fixes and syncs from unstable needed. I'm going to demote jitsi since
it has no rdepends and is in a rather complicated state
(https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=759835). Everything
else seems to be OK.
** Bug
So in Debian, all the packages in testing are now built against libav11 AFAICT.
I (as a user) hope we can still get libav11 for Utopic.
In case this helps with your decision, these are the packages in sid
which are not built against libav11 (yet?):
- bino (unrelated to libav, some gettext

I actually meant:
The packages that are both in sid and in testing were successfully rebuilt
against libav11. However, they are still in sid and waiting to migrate. :-)

AFAIUI, all packages that fail to build libav11 related have been fixed
in Debian. all other package fail to build from source because of
reasons unrelated to libav11
