This affects both my USB audio devices.  The new device shows up in
Configuration panel, but is not available in the Output panel until I
"kill" pulseaudio and let it restart itself.  It will work correctly on
subsequent re-insertions.

Incidently, another minor annoyance - if Rhythmbox is playing, its title
+ the "simultaneous output" driver's long name stops the window from
being resized.  It should truncate some of these titles.

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: pulseaudio

  I´m using the default pulseaudio configuration.
  (using module-hal-detect)

  When I plug in a usb headset (logitech one, is fully supported), it
  does not recognize the new device.

  dmesg shows a new usb device and the snd_usb_audio and snd_usb_lib are
  loaded.

  When the pulseaudio daemon is restarted manually, the new device is
  found.
