This bug appears for Chrome, Chromium, Adobe brackets(node-webkit based app), Opera browser. When disable hw acceleration in Opera, this bug disappears for Opera. I also found that when an app is offsetted, toggling Snapping Windows in Compiz will make the app display correctly. Completely
