Title:
When full screen the buttons seem to be off in relation to the mouse
  pointer

Status in chromium-browser package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
With chromium-browser fully maximized there seems to be an placement
issue. For example. If i put my mouse pointer directly on the x of a
tab to close it, it does not notice that there is a button there, but
if I move to left or right so its slightly off the x, i get the prompt
and if I press it the browser will close.

This is a screenshot of mouse pointer directly on the x to close ---

This is a screenshot of the mouse just off the x and notice how it now
  reacts -- http://imgur.com/ApwCpWQ

Expected: When I put pointer over it, it should turn red indicating that I
can press it and the tab will close
  Actual results: Nothing changes

[Desktop-packages] [Bug 1394048] Re: When full screen the buttons seem to be off in relation to the mouse pointer

2018-07-19 Thread Paul White
Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some
time ago and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.
Your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates.

It would help us a lot if you could test on a currently supported Ubuntu
version. When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the
updated logs by running only once in a terminal:

apport-collect 1394048

and add any additional information that you think relevant.
Alternatively, please confirm that this is no longer a problem and that
we can close the report. If we do not hear from you the bug report will
close itself in approximately two months time.

Thank you again for helping make Ubuntu better.
