through libpeas (LP: #1440504) keeps a dep to libpython2.7

It doesn't really contain any python2 code itself. It only uses python2
in one place -- to test if the duplicity backends are supported. Since
those backends are written in python2, we're blocked on duplicity itself
being ported.
