With fr_FR I do get "." also, but in Calc it is a "," (probably fixed
there).

On the login screen, meaning outside of Xfce, it is still "."!

  the numeric pad should provide the regional separator

Bug description:
  When I type the "point/delete" key of my numeric pad, then the US "."
  (point) separator is entered instead of my regional "," (comma).

  When entering a lot of numbers in Calc for example, this is annoying.
