It's no longer relevant. Type: sudo add-apt-repository "deb http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian wily contrib" and then install package virtualbox-5.0. It's version 5.10 and apparently it doesn't require libvpx1. (I don't have libvpx1 in my system, and still been able to install
