However the speaker never issues any sound :( On the contrary in the live usb I notice that alsamixer leaves both outputs active (unmuted) and simply relies on the microswitch in the headphone jack to control whether the speaker can be heard or not. However the speaker never issues any sound :( On the contrary in the live usb I notice that alsamixer leaves both outputs active (unmuted) and simply relies on the microswitch in the headphone jack to control whether the speaker can be heard or not.
