Thanks for reporting.

In addition to clang-3.6, Ubuntu 16.04 also contains clang-3.7
(1:3.7.1-2ubuntu2) and clang-3.8 (1:3.8-2ubuntu4). I therefore believe
this issue is fixed.

** Package changed: clang (Ubuntu) => llvm-toolchain-3.6 (Ubuntu)

Title:
  update clang version for 16.04

Status in llvm-toolchain-3.6 package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
The Ubuntu 16.04 alpha still only contains clang 3.6.2. It would be
really good to update to 3.8 or at least 3.7 for a distribution to be
released in 2016, 3.6 is really outdated standards-wise.
