Public bug reported:
On the vast majority of restarts of Ubuntu 16.04 I get no internal sound
at all.
There are no reported issues in system settings on the only sound card I
have. The volume is not muted.
On an estimated 1 in 10 restart, the sound works, and both the test
sounds get played and other applications work fine.
There is no reported errors or messages on the restarts when the sound
has failed.
