I let the status of this bug report remain "Incomplete". It means that

'sudo systemctl suspend' works fine and I m prompted for my password on
wake-up.
When I voluntarily ask the computer, it's ok too.
I tried to reproduce the same conditions than when the bug occurred: I
was watching a flash video in my web browser, and flash does not disable
screen power off nor

I just let my computer suspend by running this command:
sudo pm-suspend
Wasn't prompted for password when wakening up the computer, which would
confirm your observation.
However, I also tried:
sudo systemctl suspend
Then, when wakening up the computer, I was prompted
