Public bug reported: Changing this value will more often than not have zero effect on the cursor's behavior. Under Gnome, if I disable and re-enable the device afterwards it will usually take effect, but running xset m will revert it to its original behavior; under OpenBox, nothing I've tried has worked. In all cases, xinput list-props reflects the value that was attempted to be set; it simply isn't applied.
