  signon-ui crashed with SIGSEGV in QWindow::setModality()

Bug description:
  Unknown cause.  Message appeared and I reported it.  Chrome, Chromium,
  Firefox and Evolution were all operating at the time and I was
  synchronising Evolution before taking off-line.  I find Evolution will
  not open properly if it starts on-line.
