Public bug reported:

9.4.3-6 contains a lot of packaging cleanup and fixes from the Debian QA
team that we should merge into Ubuntu. Notably, this is of interest:

  * Make /usr/bin/icon a symlink to /usr/bin/icont, fpllowing upstream.
    This should allow writing scripts using #!/usr/bin/icon.
