Public bug reported:

When I tried to drag the file named
"estudo_stilingue\O_Espiritismo_de_Chico_Xavier_aos_olhos_da_Intelig├кncia_Artificial_(pesquisa).pdf"
from the attached estudo_stilingue.zip to my home directory, the result
was a directory named "estudo_stilingue" and a file
"O_Espiritismo_de_Chico_Xavier_aos_olhos_da_Intelig├кncia_Artificial_(pesquisa).pdf"
inside it.

In fact, maybe the correct behaviour would be to show the directory
"estudo_stilingue" and the pdf inside it in file-roller itself.

I'm using Ubuntu Gnome 17.04 and file-roller 3.22.3
