Public bug reported:
The sound theme was missing a dedicated sound for testing mono speakers.
We "fixed" this by symlinking to an existing sound which was deemed
suitable for testing. See LP:1703946
Once that package was installed the new sound still didn't play for some
users.
In the end laney worked out that we needed to "sudo touch
/usr/share/sounds" and after that the new sound played.
