Bug description:
  Impact
  ======
  In Settings--privacy, there is a entry named "Empty trash and temporary
files". but it doesn't work. when I clicked the red button EMPTY TRASH, the
Trash still filled with something.

  Test Case
  =========
  Note that this is a two-part fix. You will need the 3.26.2 versions of both
gnome-settings-daemon and gnome-control-center.

  1. Create a sample document with Text Editor and save it to your home folder.
  2. Open the Files app. Select the sample file and press Delete to send it to
the Trash.
  3. In the Files sidebar, click Trash to verify that the file is there.
  4. Open the Settings app.
  5. Open the Privacy panel. Click "Purge Trash & Temporary Files". Click
"Empty Trash" then confirm "Empty Trash".
  6. The Trash folder in the Files app should be empty now.

  Regression Potential
  ====================
  This fix is part of the GNOME 3.26.2 bug fix release.

  The D-Bus method to empty the trash shouldn't be used by anything
  besides gnome-control-center. If another app does use that, it will
  need to be updated for the new D-Bus address.

  There is a micro-release exception for GNOME:
