Public bug reported:

The libreoffice snap comes bundled with a JRE, but in the options it is
not selected by default, meaning that the user has to go and select it
explicitly before they can make use of functionality that requires java
(e.g. create a database with libreoffice.base).

Ideally, the JRE would be selected by default.
