The same problem does occur on LO 6.0.3 on Ubuntu 18.04. After looking
through Arabic-specific issues reported upstream, I did find this:

I am not sure how to reproduce the issue on my end to confirm it, since
this involves typing the example sentence character by character, which
I can't do as I can't read/write Arabic.
