Dear Sebastien Bacher, Yes< I was using the Disks app from the Control Center. I used gParted and solved the problem. Unfortunately I have had to reinstall Ubuntu 3 times since then, so additional data is not available. (Always keep you data in a separate partition from the Linux partition. Then

Thank you for your bug report, gnome-control-center doesn't have a disks section though. Are you using the Disks utility rather? Can you make a screenshot if the UI you are speaking about? Could you also give the exact error (screenshot maybe) and add the journalctl log from around the time of
