oh, except not exactly due to a change in libssl, because in the same
time period, libssh 0.8.7-1 autopkgtests still pass and libssh 0.9.0-1
fail. Still looking.

The regression appears to be caused by a change in libssl, not in libssh
or valgrind, therefore the autopkgtest regression is already present in
the release pocket and the failure should be marked as a bad test.

It's unclear to me why that only started to me a problem but if it can
be fixed from the valgrind side that would make sense, could foundations
look if that patch makes sense/could be applied to the Ubuntu package
maybe?
