It appears the fix only exists in 21.04 and later, of which only 22.04
is currently supported.
A fix has been requested for 20.04 but it seems nobody has had the time
yet.

The fix is not in Ubuntu 20.04 yet so I will request it. Though if we do

Sorry I don't check this forum often.
I'm on 20.04.3. When I try to update + upgrade that package, apt tells
me I'm stuck with version 68
gnome-shell-extension-ubuntu-dock is already the newest version
(68ubuntu1~20.04.1).

But I think I can answer my own question. It just happened again, and
this time all I needed to run was run `apt update`. I didn't even
install anything! A quick google search found this page:
