First install today using current Lubuntu daily.. (20220919)
Post install (not logged on QA-tracker though as not part of install
test) and I was trying to open xscreensaver to confirm Leok's bug
report... but it won't open. I explore /var/crash and crash report was
there, so used `ubuntu-bug`

apport-collect & ubuntu-bug failing to switch to firefox
Status in xdg-utils package in
There are two possible reasons:
1. Firefox or no other browser is installed
2. Firefox or another browser is installed, but xdg-open fails to open it.
Assuming it is point 2, I re-assign this ticket to xdg-utils which
provides /usr/bin/xdg-open.
