I had the same issue with the player "parole", on Xubuntu, after upgrading from 20.04 LTS to 22.04.1 today. I got the same error messages from GStreamer, so the cause is likely not the player "totem", but GStreamer. I managed to fix the issue by uninstalling the package gstreamer1.0-vaapi If

I can't tell which crash that is because there is no stack trace. But I imagine it's most likely to be one of the two most common crashes: https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/a09f9aa6132a1f12a9e44103be3ca0a859abfa2d (bug 1962630)
