Try not to blame "wayland" for "many bugs that degrade the Linux
experience". They're almost all specific to the Nvidia driver:

Yes, I noticed that it also affects the menu bar. If this is indeed a
problem with the widget in xorg, what should I do? I don't want to use
wayland because it contains many bugs that degrade the Linux experience.

This looks to me more a widget issue, because the dock correctly sets
the workArea, as you can see opening a gtk menu (nautilus right-click)
in the bottom of the screen.
