  Can't turn on bluetooth

Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  When I try to click (enable) the toggle switch in the bluetooth panel
  in gnome-control-center, nothing happens. Bluetooth is always
  disabled. This happens since roughly 2 days on mantic.
