I could narrow down the problem to linux-lowlatency 6.8.0-25.25.3. Before updating to Ubuntu 24.04 I had the lowlatency kernel installed. When updating it reverted back to generic and the last update installed linux-lowlatency 6.8.0-25.25.3, which seems to have generated the bug. Uninstalling the

Public bug reported: After a recent update of packages (in the last couple of hours or so) neither Firefox (snap) nor Google Chrome (.deb) nor Chromium (snap) are able to load pages. Gnome Web is the only one that seems to work. Also, apt loads fine. Chromium complains of
