Thanks, but this is a website bug. The website needs to provide the RapidSSL intermediate, which it doesn't do, so Firefox is behaving correctly here by telling you that the issuer is unknown. See http://blog.clickssl.com/2010/12/rapidssl-error-on-firefox-this-connection-is-untrusted/ and also

It looks like the website there in the title actually does provide the RapidSSL intermediate now. At least, when I test it here in Firefox after removing it from my profile, I don't get a warning and the intermediate appears in my cert store afterwards -- You received this bug notification
