Mad - 11.10. An update of Firefox (to 9.0.1) came through update
manager a few days ago. The problem was there before the upgrade, and
still is afterward.

I just noticed this bug a couple of weeks ago (before the Firefox update
that just came out today). I'm not positive, but I'm fairly sure the
scrolling worked before that. Was something changed in an update?
