Title:
Jockey should refresh it's view of the apt cache on frontend queries

Status in “jockey” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Version: 0.9.2-0ubuntu5

Jockey fetches information about what drivers it can install from
extra apt fields. Jockey runs upon login and leaves the backend
running. If you run apt-get update right afterward, the backend isn't
refreshed to have this updated information.

Consequently, running 'jockey-text -l' potentially thinks that no
drivers are available, when this isn't necessarily the case.

I propose that when a frontend queries the backend for supported
drivers, the backend should refresh it's view of the apt cache so that
  this is accurate information.
