Hmm, don't try to use unity on multiple monitors on i915. The bug is
that unity/GL cannot handle the display (X is fine).

Title:
  double monitor mayhem with i i915

Status in “xserver-xorg-video-intel” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  (ubuntu 11.10 alpha current dist-upgrade)  when i use a second monitor
  connected with an asus eee901A the desktop go awry, the setup worked
  nice until 10.10 before the reinstall to oneiric. working external
  only or laptop only display seems ok; working with ubuntu2d seems ok
  with double monitor.
