Yes. I have the same problem. All other applications with overlay and/or scroll wheel work as I would expect. This is on 11.10 64bit (up to date) with Unity desktop. With Gwibber, I see the top two messages and that's it - even though I am told I have more messages. Resizing the window has done

I do not think this bug report is just a misunderstanding about overlay scrollbars. For me, on one of my computers, the overlay scrollbar is simply not present. There is no orange line to hover over. I can scroll by clicking within the messages and using the up and down arrows on my keyboard,
