Bug description:
dont know exactly what the circumstances are but i had this happen
several times a two different machines. if you alt tab while something
else happens (dont know, perhaps mouse buttons), the mouse simply
stops moving. keyboard keeps working fine, just no more clicks and
moves from the mouse
