Public bug reported:

i use HP Mini 110 Netbook with Intel atom N475, 1gb ram, 160 gb HDD with
Ubuntu 11.10 installed. when the laptop is running on battery, the power
manager pop's out a splash screen something like " 2 minutes remaining
- battery left 80%". or " the system is about to hibernate. Connect
power source immediately". It happpens even while the battery is almost
full. The laptop goes in to hibernation even with a lot of battery power
remaining. The same problem was not there earlier with 11.04.
