[Upstream] RTL (CTL) is expected to be enabled
Hi,
RTL language user here (Hebrew), I signed up just to tell you that I got
to this page after a nerve breaking search thru the menus looking for
the RTL option exactly as Shahar described.
I was even more frustrated when I found out that the button is present

Changing it during installation can be

keyboard layout is present and not an input method.
But I think that we digress. If there's no good explanation as to why
RTL support should be disabled by default than it might as well be
enabled by
Hey guys!
I discussed this issue with Haggai Eran and he had some improvements to offer:
IMHO maybe the solution should come from LibreOffice's side.
Meaning that during the installation the installer will check for
installed locales or input methods (or both) and will enable it by
default.
This

The best solution would be to just enable RTL controls by default.
Thanks and Blessings,
Shahar
