Title:
Remove screen panel and move
Is upstream averse to the change at all, or the implementation?

Title:
Remove screen panel and move functionality
Mark, you can read most of the discussion on
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=653015
There is some need for extra discussion and maybe some disagreement on
the design but also valid technical concerns it seems, that's something
we should better keep working on and iterate to improve and
We're not going to deliver this for 12.04 as the patch is quite complex,
g-c-c already has too many patches and upstream has not agreed to the
changes as they are currently. The combination of these three makes the
patch very expensive to maintain. We should revisit this for 12.10.

Proposed package in lp:~robert-ancell/gnome-control-center/bug-928645:
- The screen panel doesn't show in Unity (but shows in GNOME)
- The functionality is added to the display/power/user panels
- It matches the design, and this means some functionality is no longer
accessible:
- dim screen
