The workaround, described above, does not solve the problem, black screens
after resume from hibernate again.

It's OK when unlocking, the state is preserved, it's just on start-up or

I've got Canon CanoScan LIDE 25 scanner that stopped working following
Ubuntu 14.04 upgrade. The scanner is recognized by system (kernel and

My 340.24 joy was short-lived it seems.
While the flickering/wiggling issues are vastly reduced compared to previous
drivers, they still exist.
