I am using the default Ubuntu and TB theming.
Wondering why I am affected and you not unless you changed the theme.

As a workaround I found this GNOME extension:
https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/517/caffeine/
If you go into F11 fullscreen during playback, the screen no longer
blanks. :-)

Clipboard content is forgotten if you close the app (in this case the
screenshot tool) before pasting.

Cannot test right now on Ubuntu because I'm on Fedora 27 right now but
there I didn't have to apply any tweaks. The TouchPad is just working fine.
Maybe that's due to different kernel versions?
