Currently, what we have in Quantal is 2.4.1, which is probably going to be the last release in the 2.4.x series. This is not going to be supported once 2.6.0 gets released though, and that's projected to happen before Quantal's release. In light of that, I would like to request a feature freeze exception for Banshee's 2.5.x series leading up to 2.6.0. The NEWS entry since 2.4.1 is: === Banshee 2.5.0 - 2012-08-22 === Banshee 2.5.0 is the first release in the 2.5 development series leading up to 2.6, scheduled for October 2012.
