This is fixed in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

It looks like it was fixed in https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
/gnome-user-share/3.0.4-0ubuntu2 I guess gconf-defaults no longer forces
a gconf dependency.

  rebuild the package
