Your logs are against a previous version of PulseAudio (4.0). The
current stable version is 5.0, and 6.0 is almost out the door. There
have been several changes to the Bluetooth modules since, so please test
with the latest packages (Ubuntu likely has a package for 6.0 RC3 /
5.99.3) and reopen if this still exists.
