this worked for me to set all profiles as I wanted in 20.04
$ val='@ms
For my reference later.
The 'dconf read' with ':list' syntax has changed, so the comments above don't
work in 18.04.
Updated, this worked for me:
$ dconf list /org/gnome/terminal/legacy/profiles:/
:b1dcc9dd-5262-4d8d-a863-c897e6d979b9/
$ dconf write
Launchpad has imported 7 comments from the remote bug at
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1227222.

Hmm, actually, that is for vte, this one for gnome-terminal, but they
both use the same underlying mechanism.
