I copy my answer in Launchpad. Thanks for your interest. Sorry. Yes. Evince behaviour is always the same in all PDF documents in my user session. In a guest session if i first go down with the keyboard i can go forward and go down with the arrows of page forward an page down exactly the pages i previously opened with the keyboard.
