  After upgrade to 16.04,  PDF reader Evince, arrows of page forward and

  In Ubuntu 14.04 Evince always work correctly, but after upgrading to Ubuntu 
16.04 the arrows of page forward and page down are greyed and do not work. I 
must use the tabs RePag and AvPag of the keyboard.
  Is not a big problem, but after a while is a little frustrating.

Sorry. Yes. Evince behaviour is always the same in all PDF documents in my
user session.
In a guest session if i first go down with the keyboard i can go forward
and go down with the arrows of page forward an page down exactly the pages
i previously opened with the keyboard.
I hope you can understand despite my English.
