Bug description:
  The Ubuntu Error Tracker has been receiving reports about a problem regarding 
pulseaudio.  This problem was most recently seen with package version 
1:9.0-2ubuntu2.1, the problem page at 
https://errors.ubuntu.com/problem/35253f6f4c1d8bccfe358b8c58fb275c649b935a 
contains more details, including versions of packages affected, stacktrace or 
traceback, and individual crash reports.
